The Journey
It’s the journey,
Not the destination.
It’s the journey,
Not the outcome.
It’s the journey,
Fall in love with the process.
It’s the journey,
The art of exploration.
I’m working on letting go of outcomes. To expect an outcome leads me into the self-detriment of control. Where it forces me to play my cards right, so to speak. It’s where I become a master at manipulation. I know the game so much better than I realize, or so I like to think. However, the theme of my life recently seems to be is, “process.” Learning to let things just… be. Allowing those around me to be free and themselves to their full extent without trying to steer them onto a certain course in my life.
